Everything is membrane-gated: you only see what your JMJMJ permissions allow.

🤝 Team inboxes — draft collaboratively (rDocs-style), then multisig sign-off before send. Drafts surface in the cloud as mail-draft holons (status: editing → in-approval → signed → sent) — open one to sign or edit, or flip to the ▤ board projection to see drafts grouped by approval status.
